Our church was Maggie Valley's first school house, built in 1924. People who remember going to school here say that all the community parents went down to the river and drug up rocks so that their kids could have a school house. In the 1950's it was converted into a church sanctuary with stained glass windows added. Landmark church bought the building in 2011 restoring and remodeling it. Great care has been taken to preserve the beauty and history of the building. Landmark church began having services at the building on August 3, 2014. Since then many wonderful things have happened and lives have been changed in this beautiful building.
